“Lemonade Moments” are when we take life's sour moments (traffic, bullying, divorce, bad day, etc.) and do our best to add a little sweetness… turning a negative into a positive.

Lemonade Moments is dedicated to supporting women as they navigate grief and major life transitions. With a strong foundation in professional facilitation and years of experience guiding people through complex change, my work blends practical tools with compassionate support. I come from a place of understanding and empathy.

Through my personal and professional experiences, I’ve learned that grief and change are deeply connected. Both require space. Both deserve understanding. And neither can be rushed. Neither grief nor change are linear so sometimes that can feel rough… we may not heal the way we want to (or the way other people want us to).

And Lemonade Moments, we focus on processing change organically… one day at a time.

I’ve navigated my own seasons of change and know healing doesn’t come from rushing forward. It comes from honoring where you are. Together, we’ll work through your change, one season at a time!

  • Not at all. Many women come to me feeling unclear or overwhelmed. That’s part of the process, and we’ll figure it out together.

  • Nope. Coaching is not therapy, nor should it ever be a substitution for therapy, but it can be deeply supportive. My work focuses on understanding your current season, building awareness, and helping you move forward with intention and compassion.

    For working through and healing from past traumas, a licensed counselor or therapist would be recommended.

  • That’s okay. This work honors where you are and working with your timeline. There’s no rushing, fixing, or forcing. Some seasons are simply for processing and staying put.

  • That’s exactly what the intro session is for. It’s a low-pressure conversation to see if my approach and support feel right for you. When you’re reading to start the conversation, I’d love to hear from you!
